We are excited to announce the Paradigm Nogi Class, led by Professor Nick Bohli, Art of Jiujitsu Black Belt. This comprehensive class is specifically designed to help individuals with their Nogi techniques , focusing on a tailored curriculum that covers:

• Game Plan Development: Create a personalized strategy for success
• Technique Mastery: Refine essential skills for Nogi competition
• Competition Simulation: Train under IBJJF rules and point system

With Professor Bohli's expertise and firsthand knowledge of the competition scene, participants will gain a unique experience and focus coaching.

Class Highlights:

• Expert instruction from Professor Nick Bohli, well-versed in IBJJF rules and point system
• Personalized attention to develop your game plan
• Intensive technique training and drilling
• Simulation training under competition conditions
• Networking opportunities with fellow competitors
  

Class Schedule:

• Every Monday at 6:30 am
• 90-minute sessions

• Limited to 15 ADULTS participants to ensure personalized attention and focus
• $10 per session
• Adults Only Class
• Reserve your spot at least 48 hours in advance
• Slots are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis
