Melissa Frixione Monthly Pass – Terms & Conditions

Monthly Pass Pricing:

• Adults: $23/month

• Limited Availability: Only 40 passes are released each month.

• Access: The pass grants entry to only 4 classes at Paradigm.

How It Works:

• Pass holders must book classes in advance via Mindbody to secure their spot.

• Missed classes are forfeited – no credits, refunds, or make-up sessions are provided.

• Pass auto-renews monthly – Members must cancel before renewal to avoid charges.

Rules & Guidelines:

1. Non-Refundable – Once purchased, the Monthly Pass cannot be refunded.

2. No Credits for Missed Classes – If a pass holder misses a class, it will not roll over to the next month.

3. No Rollover Credits – Unused classes do not carry over to the following month.

4. Limited Availability – Only 40 passes are available each month.

5. Class Schedules & Instructors Subject to Change – Paradigm reserves the right to adjust class schedules and instructor assignments based on availability.

6. Pricing Subject to Change – Paradigm may adjust Monthly Pass pricing at any time with prior notice.

7. Non-Transferable – The pass is for individual use only and cannot be shared.

8. Facility Rules Apply – Members must adhere to all Paradigm policies and guidelines.

9. Limited Liability – Paradigm is not responsible for personal injuries, lost, or stolen items.

10. Membership Suspension/Termination – Any violation of policies or disruptive behavior may result in immediate suspension or termination without a refund.

11. No Partial Refunds – If you cancel mid-cycle, access remains until the end of the billing period, but no refunds or credits will be issued.

12. Paradigm reserves the right to modify or discontinue the pass at any time.
